Little Shopper Stay Safe Scheme

At West12 we operate Little Shoppers Stay Safe, a free to use scheme to help ensure your child's safety whilst visiting the centre. Wristbands & full instructions are available from Peacocks (or enquire from security staff). The help line number is 0208 746 0038.  

Parking 

NCP offers secured car parking for 236 vehicles in covered spaces at 1st floor level , 24 hours, 7 days-a-week.

Lost Property 

The centre makes every effort to ensure that lost property is returned, where possible. If you have lost an item whilst in the Centre, please enquire at the Management Office (0208 746 0038) where your details will be taken. If the item is found, your goods will be returned to you.

Security 

A network of CCTV cameras cover the Centre and perimeter roads and our malls are patrolled by fully first aid trained security officers. We have an Automatic Defibrillator onsite and all our security staff are fully trained to administer it.

Toilets 

Our award-winning toilets are located in the West mall opposite Flower Fayre.  We have male, female, disabled and baby changing facilities.
